OMFIF Gender Balance Index launch special episode on ‘Gender diversity’. Boon Chye Loh, chair of Singapore’s Diversity Action Committee and chief executive of the Singapore Exchange, joins Adam Cotter, OMFIF’s head of Asia. They discuss the current state of gender diversity in Singaporean industry, the importance and benefits of gender balance, and how men can play a role in encouraging diversity in the workplace. They also touch on some of the trends in Asia highlighted in OMFIF’s 2018 Gender Balance Index report.
